Hi everyone,

Please accept this as the official notice that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the INEOS 4x4 Club Qld will be held on Thursday, 13 August 2026.

  • Location: Australian National Hotel,  867 Stanley St, Woolloongabba, QLD, 4102, INEOS Club AGM meeting upstairs

  • RSVP: Please RSVP on Member Jungle by 6 August so we can ensure we reach the required quorum to proceed.

Call for Committee Nominations As per our club rules, all current committee positions will be declared vacant at the AGM. We are now calling for nominations for the following roles for the upcoming year:

  • President
  • Vice President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Training  Officer
  • Technical Officer
  • Sponsorship
  • Membership
  • NSW
  • General Committee Members

If you are passionate about the club and want to help steer our trips, events, and advocacy over the next 12 months, we would love to have you on board.

To nominate, please complete the attached Nomination Form. It must be signed by yourself, along with two other financial members acting as your nominator and seconder. Please return completed forms to me at secretary@ineos4x4clubqld.com.au no later than 30 July 2026.

Call for Motions and General Business If you have any specific motions, proposed rule changes, or items of general business you would like added to the formal agenda, please submit them in writing to me by 30 July 2026.

The final agenda, proxy voting forms, and the minutes from last year's AGM will be circulated to all members prior to the meeting once all nominations and motions are received.
